Warranty claims may not apply where damage is caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, third-party work, normal wear and tear, water damage, electrical faults outside the completed scope, or changes made after handover.

9. Payments

Work may be delayed, paused, or not scheduled if required deposits or payments are not received according to the agreed terms.

10. Cancellations and Changes
